Kiran C. Easwarachandran
Kiran C. Easwarachandran, MSS, LCSW, R-DMT
Kiran has practiced as an Integrative Movement Psychotherapist for over 20 years and believes that true holistic healing shines through when we work with the whole self-the body, the mind and the spirit. As a somatic psychotherapist and dance therapist she brings in an eclectic mix of
psychodynamic theories, strengths based practice, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EFT, dance/movement therapy, expressive arts, eco-therapy and mindfulness work to her practice.
Kiran has worked in private and agency practice for many years with a specialized focus in women’s health, trauma issues, body image, aging, relationship building, moving through transitions, domestic and sexual violence, mood disorders and expressive arts group process work. She also has an extensive background in education, diversity training, clinical supervision
and created Bollywood Dance Fusion™, her own trademark body mind centered therapeutic movement practice, through which she has worked with various populations including people challenged by heart disease, substance abuse, imprisonment and spinal cord injuries.
Aside from her private practice, through which she offers individual, couples and group therapy Kiran also works as an Education Specialist in school systems all over the East Bay offering workshops on bias, bullying and social justice.

She is a leading researcher, innovator, and thought leader in the field of transformative education and disruptive thinking. Shanti has a proven track record of developing sustainable solutions and fostering the next generation of leaders and change-makers through her research and innovative approach to education. Additionally, she has a wealth of experience in the technology industry and her current role as President of the Stanford University Chapter of Sigma Xi - The Scientific Research Honor Society. She is dedicated to promoting research in science, and helping students build the skills needed to conduct scientific research and develop innovative solutions to solve real-world problems.

John Hittler
John runs Evoking Genius, a transformational business coaching company, working primarily 1:1 with CEO’s to grow exponentially. Father to 7 kids, happily married, competitive athlete, world’s worst Tango dancer, health freak, and avid learner.
John is also the author of three books, The Motivation Trap (2018), One In A Billion: Finding Your Ge nius Talent (2020), and The Little Book of Big Scale: 5 Counterintuitive Practices for Exponential Growth (2022).

George Rojas
Born in Colombia, George Rojas came to America as a young boy and grew up living in many different
countries like Spain, Mexico, Nicaragua, and Costa Rica, returning to America in 1980. As diverse as his
upbringing George has held positions across many diverse industries, such as Information Technology,
Fitness, International Sales, Real Estate, Emergency Management and Safety. His ability to face
challenges in the face of adversity and overcome setbacks has led him to succeed across multiple
disciplines.

Anatoly Alexeeff is an English teacher and educator in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. He emphasizes collective discussion and introspection within his teaching, and he believes in a humanistic approach to education.
